Registration fee payment instructions are issued only to successful applicants after the Admissions Office has completed the application review. Step 2 — Application Received
Your application is logged in the system and you receive a confirmation with your unique Application Reference Number.
Step 3 — Admissions Review
The Admissions Office carefully reviews your application, documents, and academic qualifications to assess eligibility.
Step 4 — Application Result
You will be notified of your application outcome via email. Successful applicants receive an official communication with next steps.
Step 5 — Registration Instructions
Receive official Registration Instructions via your Applicant Portal, including all details on how to complete your registration.
Step 6 — Registration Fee Payment
Pay the Registration Fee only after receiving official Registration Instructions. Do not make any payment without official communication from the college.
Step 7 — Registration Confirmed
Once payment is verified by the Finance Office, your registration at KHANYISA NURSING COLLEGE is officially confirmed.
Step 8 — Student Number Issued
Your official Student Number is issued. You are now enrolled at KHANYISA NURSING COLLEGE. Welcome to the nursing profession!
